Enter through patio doors into a beautiful dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped French oak kitchen has granite worktops and includes a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and coffee machine. An oak table for 6 sits in plenty of natural light and garden views.

Glass doors lead you through the dining area to a spacious lounge where you can relax on three leather sofas. Stunning glass panels all the way up to the first floor ceiling, create a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere and meaning you enjoy the local natural beatify as much as possible.

Recline in front of an inglenook fireplace with a gas wood burner as well as our entertainment system. Also on the ground floor we have a shower room with wash basin, w/c, 'waterfall' shower and heated towel rail.

There is plenty of room upstairs with two king sized beds and another twin room as well as a family bathroom with a double 'waterfall' shower, separate bath, w/c and wash basin.

Each king bedroom features Egyptian cotton sheets on the beds, plenty of storage, tables by your bed and a television. The spacious twin bedroom also has a television, wardrobe and bed side tables.

Our family friendly garden includes a pretty grass lawn and patio area with garden furniture. We are really proud of this beautiful spot where you can enjoy your time in the tranquil countryside that surrounds this luxury self catering accommodation in Snowdonia.
